  • Become a School Bus Driver

    WCS will host a School Bus Driver Job Fair June 6 & 7 at Southeast High School between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. A road course will be set up for applicants to experience driving a school bus. Applicants must have a clean driving record, pass a background check, have a valid Georgia driver's license, and pass a DOT physical. Starting pay is $15.85/hr.

  • Parent and Family Engagement Policy Meeting

    Whitfield County Schools will provide a meeting for parents and community members to share input on the WCS Parent and Family Engagement Policy for the 2019-20 school year. Two opportunities for input are scheduled on Tuesday, May 21 at 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the Whitfield County Central Office. The purpose of the meeting is to review this year’s Parent and Family Engagement Policy and for parents and community members to provide input to revise the 2019-2020 Policy.
