    Congratulations to the 2023 Georgia Scholars!

    The Georgia Department of Education honors high school seniors who have achieved excellence in school and community life through the Georgia Scholar program. Kennedy Hughes and Liam Roche from Coahulla Creek High School and Rylei Brown, David Minter and Nathan Torbett from Northwest Whitfield High School are among the 154 graduating seniors named 2023 Georgia Scholars.   •  STAR (Student Teacher Achievement Recognition)

    WCS recognizes its 2023 STAR Students and Teachers

    Whitfield County Schools is proud to recognize its 2023 STAR Students and Teachers. To qualify for the Student Teacher Achievement Recognition (STAR), high school seniors must have the highest score on the SAT and be in the top 10 percent of their class.     Early Kindergarten Registration

    Early kindergarten registration for the 2023-2024 school year is now open! Save time and enroll online at the link above or enroll in person at the Whitfield County Student Services Center. You will need your child's birth certificate, proof of residence, social security card and parent/guardian ID.
