Student Advisory Council
The Superintendent's Student Advisory Council is made up of juniors and seniors selected from all Whitfield County high schools. Council members share their perspectives with the superintendent and district administration, providing valuable input on various aspects of student life such as curriculum, school policies, extracurricular activities and more. They represent the diverse interests and concerns of the student body while working collaboratively to address issues and improve the overall educational experience. Students who are selected to serve will represent their school for the 2024-2025 school year. This will be an opportunity to let Superintendent Dr. Mike Ewton hear your concerns, suggestions and input on issues that affect you and your classmates everyday. Parental permission and transportation to meetings is required to serve on the Student Advisory Council. The application deadline is September 27, 2024.
