WCS 360: Discover One Whitfield is an immersive experience designed to connect community members, parents, business leaders and stakeholders with Whitfield County Schools. Through interactive sessions, behind-the-scenes tours and meaningful conversations with district leaders, participants will gain a deeper understanding of our schools, programs, operations, challenges and successes.
Throughout the program, participants will explore how Whitfield County Schools supports more than 11,000 students across 24 schools, learn about the innovative programs preparing students for future success and discover the many ways our district serves the whole child. From academics and career pathways to transportation, school nutrition, safety and community partnerships, WCS 360 provides a comprehensive look at what it takes to educate and support every student.
By the end of the program, participants will leave with a greater understanding of our district, stronger connections to our schools and the knowledge needed to serve as informed advocates for public education and the Whitfield County Schools community.

Whitfield County Schools is now accepting applications for the inaugural WCS 360 cohort! Through Wednesday, August 26, YOU are invited to apply for this unique leadership experience designed to provide an inside look at our schools. Participants will explore district programs, visit schools, meet with district leaders and gain a deeper understanding of the people, opportunities and initiatives that make up One Whitfield. Whether you're a parent, business leader, community partner or simply passionate about public education, WCS 360 offers a meaningful opportunity to connect with and learn more about Whitfield County Schools.
Before applying, we encourage prospective participants to carefully review the program schedule. To provide the best possible experience and ensure each participant gains the full benefit of the program, we ask that applicants commit to attending all scheduled sessions.
