    About the LEGO Robotics Club

This club is for fourth and fifth grade students. The club prepares students to participate in First Lego League competitions by building Lego robots and programming them to complete tasks in challenges against other schools. Besides building and programming robots, students also research a problem about the year's theme. The 2017-18 theme is on hydrodynamics. Team members decide on a solution to the problem and prepare a presentation that they will give at the competition.

Rayda Reed (rayda.reed@wcsga.net) is the leader of the club with Kendal Olinger (kendal.olinger@wcsga.net) as the club mentor. Visit the FIRST LEGO League website for more information.
