    The Logistics Department is responsible for procuring contracts that allow Whitfield County Schools to leverage its group purchasing power to benefit our schools.  We are responsible for inventorying, warehousing, and delivering resources. We also track energy use in our district facilities.

    Disposal, Transfer, or Removal of School Property

    Requests for school property disposal, transfer or removal must be submitted through Customer Portal for accountability purposes. Click the link under Support Tools to access the appropriate form. 

    Student Services Center Warehouse

    The school district stores a small quantity of functional furniture and equipment that may be requested for transfer to any school or facility in our organization.  These items are used, but servicable.
